Profile Information

What I want from our coop: Working at Kokua for almost 4 years now I have been able to gather a great amount of information about the customers wants and needs. Now as the new Bulk Manager/Buyer I am able to put those ideas into action. I want to bring a good quality product to the customer as well as the satisfaction that they will get what they are looking for every time they come in.

I can contribute the following skills/services/collaborations (i.e., graphic design; legal services; landscaping; owner coupons/discounts, etc.) to our co-op: Apart from being meticulous for detail, I am a well organized person. I also have basic knowledge of computers and programs. Although I am currently studying, I have a basic understanding of Japanese.

I left a message with a kind lady who was working there yesterday, so I should just wait to hear from you, but since I am on this page, I decided to go ahead and let you know just how much I appreciate your carrying the oil (and the soy sauce) in bulk. Kokua Market is the only place we can buy oils and soy sauce in bulk in town to my knowledge. My main focus is to eliminate single-use food packages from my kitchen, but on top of it, rice bran oil is one of the healthiest oils available for human consumption. So please don't say that you are no longer carrying it. I hope you were just restocking it.... looking forward to hearing from you and I will be there with my bottle in hand, in no time! Thanks again!
