Well, good question what I would buy with the gift certificate if we won it? Mostly legumes and other delicacies that I can put in the solar oven. Solar cooked beans or lentils are the best beans we have ever eaten and they require minimal effort: add water, put in solar cooker, come back a few hours later, eat. solar cooking = smart slowfood with minimal effort. She'd be able to stock up on her vegetarian and gluten-free foods and staples. She's so excited to be part of such a wonderful cooperative!!!"
